Logistics Coordinator

Dynatec is growing and we are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics and service operations. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping things moving and taking responsibility for day-to-day warehouse and logistics work.

You will work close to the warehouse floor, the service office, and our customers. Parts and components move in and out of Dynatec every day, and your job is to make sure that flow is safe, accurate, and efficient.

The role

As Logistics Coordinator, you will handle daily warehouse and logistics tasks, combining physical work with system and coordination duties. You will also support the service office with simpler order handling and spare part orders.

There is room to influence how the warehouse and logistics work is done. We are looking for someone who likes structure, but who is also comfortable improving routines and finding better ways to work.

Your main tasks

You will work both physically in the warehouse and administratively in our ERP system. You will also be in direct contact with customers and suppliers. The main tasks includes, but are not limited to:

  • Goods receiving, packing, and shipping
  • Warehouse and inventory handling
  • Logistics coordination for customers and internal teams
  • Export, import, and transport documentation
  • Supporting service orders and spare parts

The tasks also includes freight handling, Incoterms, tariff codes, and documents such as proforma invoices. Over time, you will also help improve stock control, including min/max levels and more efficient use of barcode and automation tools.

Who we are looking for

This role suits someone who likes practical work and takes pride in things being done properly. You should be comfortable handling goods, working with systems, and being a point of contact when logistics questions come up. We believe you have:

  • Experience from warehouse, logistics, or dispatch work
  • Valid forklift certificate (T1–T4 required)
  • Experience using ERP systems (We use Uni Micro V3)
  • Knowledge of freight, Incoterms, and import/export routines
  • Proficient in Norwegian and English, written and spoken

The job involves physical work, including lifting boxes and handling parts. Technical understanding is important, as you will work with technical components and documentation. Italian language skills are a plus, but not required.

How you work

You are reliable, structured, and easy to work with. You communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers, and customers, and you don’t mind being the one people turn to when something needs to be sorted. You enjoy improving routines and taking responsibility in your area.

We offer

We offer a competitive fixed salary with overtime compensation, a pension scheme, and employee insurance coverage. We believe our terms are good and will discuss salary expectations early in the process to ensure alignment.

With us, you will also get

A permanent position in a stable and growing company, in a varied, hands-on role with real responsibility. You will have the opportunity to help shape warehouse and logistics routines, and you will be part of a supportive team with strong technical competence.

Discover Your Robot’s Inner Health with CBM Analysis

We are pleased to offer Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) for your robots. This advanced analysis provides insights into your robot’s internal health, helping you detect potential issues before they become critical.

You can learn more about CBM in the text below and in the attached document.

We can perform this analysis during a scheduled service visit or as a separate appointment. In practice, we extract a file from your robot, analyze the data, and send you a detailed condition report—see the attached example.

What is CBM?

CBM is a data-driven maintenance strategy that identifies wear and stress at an early stage. By addressing issues before they lead to failure, you can prevent costly downtime and extend your robot’s lifespan.

Benefits of CBM Analysis

  • Early Issue Detection – Get alerts about high stress levels and potential failures before they escalate.
  • Extended Lifespan – Keep your robot running smoothly with tailored preventive maintenance.
  • Cost Savings – Reduce the risk of breakdowns and unexpected repair expenses.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Receive detailed recommendations based on extensive data analysis from thousands of robots.

How CBM Works

  • Data Collection – We extract a service information file (SIS data) from your robot, which includes motion patterns and load.
  • Analysis – The data is processed using ABB’s global robot database.
  • Report – You receive a detailed condition report with recommendations for optimizing operations and maintenance.

Real-World Example

One of our customers discovered high stress levels on specific robot axes. Recommended actions included:

  • Adjusting programming and load data
  • Performing preventive oil changes

The result was an extended robot lifespan and a lower risk of unplanned downtime.

The future of maintenance is here. Contact us today to schedule your CBM analysis and optimize your robotic operations.
